Instructions of use

1. Peel off the adhesive backing.
2. Place inside the heel compartment of your shoe.
3. To wash: use warm mild soapy water. Allow to air dry before reinserting in your shoe.
4. Heel gel cups will wear over time and will need to be replaced to maintain the best shock absorption benefit.
