										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Warm up for winter with this user friendly heat pack. The shoulder heat pack with strap is an Australian made product. This heat pack comes in a handy pouch with velcro straps, so you can secure it to your shoulder and be hands-free. The shoulder heat pack can used as a hot or cold pack.</p>
<p>Infinity shoulder heat packs are Australian-made and contain <a href="https://www.wheat-free.org/lupin-flour-food-fact.html">lupin.</a> Lupin is a wheat that does not have the strong smell of a usual wheat bag. Lupin also allows the pack to stay warmer for longer.</p>
<p>This shoulder heat pack comes with a strap to fix to your body, allowing freedom to move without the hassle of holding on or balancing the pack on your body.</p>
<p>To use this pack as a cold pack: place the pack in a plastic bag in the freezer and allow to cool.</p>

She has been working with dancers for 15 years as well as performed as a dancer from a young age.</span></p>
<p class="_04xlpA direction-ltr align-center para-style-body"><span class="JsGRdQ">Currently the company physiotherapist for the Queensland Ballet in Australia as well as running her own clinic for young dancers, Renee regularly carries out pointe assessments that help the teacher and dancer ensure they are fully equipped for the highly technical art of pointe work. The ideal age to go en pointe is 12 years old. This eBook explains why chronological age is important and also recommends the optimal number of classes and amount of hours of dancing that is required for pointe work.</span></p>
